2025-26 Back to School Information

Attendance is one of the main factors in a successful education and chronic absenteeism can lead to low grades and test scores or decrease your student’s chances of graduating.

Join CPSD in our battle against chronic absenteeism by helping us meet our goal of seeing each student’s smiling face in our classrooms on time each day. For more resources about how your student can improve their school attendance, visit the Attendance Works website

School Supply Lists

Ensuring students have the materials they need to succeed in the classroom is an important priority. CPSD schools order and provide general classroom supplies for students and replenish them during the school year as needed. As a resource to families, the district publishes elementary and middle school supply lists if families choose to purchase school supplies to have at home.

The district does not publish a high school supply list for families because supplies needed at home may change depending on the class.

Dress Codes

To facilitate learning, the district requires students dress for a safe, collaborative school environment. The district dress code is available on our website for reference.

School Meals

CPSD will offer free breakfast and lunch for all students for the 2025-26 school year. You can view your school’s breakfast and lunch menus on our Nutrislice website. Schools will update their menus closer to the start of the school year.

School Start and Dismissal Times

To access a full list of start and dismissal times for each district school, please view the General School Information page.

Visitor Entry

School doors will remain locked during instructional hours until dismissal, and all visitors must enter the school using the visitor entry system. At the main entrance of each school, visitors must verify their identity and purpose of the visit. For questions or concerns, please contact your student’s school.

CPSD Computer Assurance Program

The CPSD Assurance Program offers a cost-effective solution for parents or guardians to mitigate financial responsibility in the event of accidental damage, loss or theft involving the school-provided device.

This program is designed to provide families with peace of mind regarding device-related incidents while promoting responsible handling and use of school-provided technology.

Here’s a breakdown of the key points:

  1. Program Enrollment: Families have the choice to enroll their student or students in the Assurance Program. Payment may be made through the Online Payments portal via the Clover Park School district website or with a check payable to Clover Park SD Schools. If they choose not to enroll, they will be fully liable for any costs associated with damage, loss, or theft of the device.
  1. Program Coverage: The Assurance Program covers a single device repair or replacement related to accidental damage or theft of the device (with provided police report). Assurance does not cover deliberate vandalism caused by the student.
  1. Program Enrollment Period: Enrollment in the Assurance Program is valid for the current school year.
  1. Program Enrollment Deadline: Families must pay for Assurance within four weeks after receiving the device. After this period, enrollment in the program will no longer be available.
  1. Unreturned Items: If a student does not return the item at the specified time and/or leaves the district without returning the device, they will be fined the full replacement cost. This fine will be recorded on the student’s record and the device will be programmed to become inoperable.
